Williams
Park, located on Washington and Clara Barton Streets in Dansville, is our
second largest park. Williams Park is split in two by Mill Creek. It
contains lots of open space for picnics, as well as some athletic
facilities. Volleyball Courts were added in 2001.
Williams
parks contains our most recent veterans memorials, and is the site for
Memorial Day addresses.
Integral to
the park is a house that is occupied by the local Girl Scouts and is used
as a meeting place.
Also the park
contains a natural amphitheater and gazebo, where our Monday "Concert
In The Park" series is held.
